The successful bidder will be contracted to build complete new washroom facilities building, which includes three new washrooms, a barrier free washroom, a storage room and a cooler room.
The work will be conducted under the direction of the Chief Building Official for the Township of Augusta. Building specs and designer drawing attached.
Any document submitted with respect to this tender will be subject to the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
Project Details:

Underground locate prior to commencement
Trench for electrical from canteen and plumbing from fire hall
Build washroom facilities that include three new washrooms, one barrier free washroom, storage room and cooler room in one building as per plans
Reinforced concrete pad including sidewalk
Fiberglass reinforced panel board on washroom walls and ceilings
Electrical as per attached plans
Plumbing as per attached plans
All loose materials must be removed from the site

Completion Date

Work will commence upon award of contract and must be completed by April 30, 2018
