Offers submitted after the above will not be considered.
Submit all Information Submittal Forms at the time of Tender Closing as part of the bid package. Failure to do so may result in rejection of the Bid by the Owner.
Offers will be opened and reviewed privately after the Bid Closing time.
Amendments to the submitted offer will be permitted if received in writing prior to Bid Closing, and only if endorsed by same party or parties who signed and sealed offer.
Faxed amendments or bids will not be accepted.
INTENT
Intent of this Bid call is to obtain an offer to perform work to fabricate, supply and install the Install Stage Drapery and Track Specifications for the Fit Out of the Hinton Performing Arts Venue located at 821Switzer Drive in Hinton, Alberta for a Stipulated Price contract, in accordance with Contract Documents.
Initiate work within time stated in Section 01 11 00 - Summary of Work.
Perform Substantial Performance of the Work by date as indicated in Section 01 11 00 – Summary of Work.
Bids shall be prepared and submitted, and the bidding process administered in accordance with these bidding requirements.
