1) Any change notices, appendices and addenda issued for this RFP shall be considered part of this proposal document.
2) The proposal is to be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “RFP 2023 – Telephone Hardware and System Replacement” addressed to the Treasurer.
3) Proposals put forward either verbally, by email, or by fax shall not be accepted.
4) Proposals received after the closing date and time shall not be accepted.
5) Proponents may not make modifications to their proposals after the closing date and time
6) All proposal shall become property of the Town.
7) It is the responsibility of each proponent to submit all required documents as outlined in this RFP.
