RFPQ UTI-19-25 - Water Treatment Plant #2 Construction - Request for Pre-Qualifications (RFPQ)

The Town of Canmore is issuing this Request for Pre-Qualification (RFPQ) to select a Proponent capable of providing the Work described immediately below. A more detailed description of the Work can be found in Appendix A (Reference Documents).
Construction of Water Treatment Plant #2 with a target date of construction completion in 2025 at 300 Spray Lakes Road.
The Town of Canmore will use a two-stage procurement process for selection of the Construction Contractor for the Project. Stage 1 (Pre-Qualification) will result in the shortlisting of a minimum of three (3) Proponents to participate in Stage 2 (Bid Call) – Prequalification scores and price will be considered as a part of Stage 2 (Bid Call).
