TPS is accepting submissions for the provision of supply and delivery of Aladdin SafeNet e - Tokens, 5110-80K, Black, ID (HEX) USB on as and when required basis.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Submissions shall only be accepted electronically via the MERX Portal prior to 1:00:00 P.M. on Monday, October 29, 2018. Submissions submitted in any other manner shall be found non-compliant and disqualified.
TPS reserves the right to reject any or all responses at its sole discretion.
SCOPE OF WORK
Supply and Delivery of Aladdin SafeNet e - Tokens, 5110-80K, Black, ID (HEX) USB on as and when required basis.
NON-EXCLUSIVITY
The creation of this RFQ shall not be a guarantee of exclusivity.
CONTRACT TERM
The term of this Contract is for a two (2) one year term commencing on January 1, 2019 and ending on December 31, 2020.
TPS reserves the right to renew the contract for an additional (1) year term commencing on January 1, 2021 and ending on December 31, 2021 based on the same terms and conditions, including pricing as quoted. This renewal is contingent upon continued need, budget approval, acceptable performance and Board approval if applicable.
PIGGYBACK (if applicable)
The TPS may, upon request, permit other publicly funded organizations and the Police Cooperative Purchasing Group (PCPG) to purchase against any Contract which may result from this RFQ. Bidders are requested to indicate on the Fee Summary form if they will extend the pricing, terms and conditions of this Bid to other government agencies, if the Bidder becomes the Service Provider. The Service Provider agrees to this provision, participating agencies may enter into a Contract with the Service Provider for the purchase of the Services described herein based on the terms, conditions, prices, and percentages offered by the Service Provider . Minor changes in terms and conditions may be negotiated by participating agencies. Please note: copies of the Service Provider’s submission may need to be provided to the interested agency (in confidence) in order to review prior to participating.
