Quotations are invited for annual subscription and premium maintenance support of Bit9 security platform for the Toronto Police Service.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS will be accepted until 1:00:00 p.m. on Friday, August 10, 2018 as per electronic bid clock identified on MERX.
Your bid submission for this opportunity must be sent to TPS through the use of the MERX PORTAL only. Responses submitted in any other manner shall be found non-compliant and disqualified. Bidders shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their submission using the MERX PORTAL by the Time and Closing Date, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
TPS reserves the right to reject any or all Bids at its sole discretion.
Scope of work
TPS currently has 5172 Bit9 licenses in use to protect workstations from Malware. Vendors are required to provide annual subscription for premium maintenance and support for the Bit9 Security Platform for renewals.
Non-Exclusivity
The creation of this RFQ shall not be a guarantee of exclusivity.
Term of Contract
The term of this contract is for a period of one (1) year, from September 30, 2018 to September 29, 2019.
