1446535-21 - RFPQ for Interior Commercial Renovations between $100,000 and $3,000,000

TPS manages and maintains over 50 buildings throughout Toronto.

As part of TPS’ management and maintenance of its facilities, there is an on-going, but variable, need of interior renovations or new interior construction, involving the re-fitting and / or upgrading of existing facility space.  The work involves, but is not limited to, the demolition, the construction of new partitions (brick/block/drywall), electrical, plumbing and HVAC modifications, painting and flooring replacement, millwork, doors and frames, glazing etc.,.

The estimated project value of the work can vary anywhere from $1000,000 to $3,000,000.  It is possible that similar work in more than one facility may be combined into one Request for Service.

This RFPQ process will select the organizations who will be prequalified to participate in Requests for Services (RFS) processes for requirements within the scope identified above, over a three year term.
