TPS is accepting Bids for the Supply and Delivery of assorted O.E.M Genuine Ford Automotive Parts on as needed basis at various locations for Toronto Police Service
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS will be accepted until 1:00:00 p.m. on Monday, June 4, 2018 as per electronic bid clock identified on MERX.
Your bid submission for this opportunity must be sent to TPS through the use of the MERX PORTAL only. Bidders shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their submission using the MERX PORTAL by the Time and Closing Date, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. TPS reserves the right to reject any or all Bids at its sole discretion.
Goal
The intent of this RFQ is to invite quotes from vendors for supply and delivery of assorted O.E.M Genuine FORD Automotive Parts listed in Schedule A – Price Form (included as a separate file in the document set available for download).
Non-Exclusivity
The creation of this RFQ shall not be a guarantee of exclusivity.
Term of Contract
This is a one (1) year contract with an option to extend for three (3) additional one-year terms.
Piggyback
The TPS may, upon request, permit other publicly funded organizations to utilize this service arrangement resulting from this RFQ if the vendor agrees to this provision. In addition, the TPS may disclose, and the vendor consents to the disclosure, to other publicly funded organizations for their review of this contract or any part of it (including pricing), as amended.
