Description

The scope of work will include providing dry cleaning, laundering and pressing services to TPS personnel on a two-day turnaround basis. Garments to be cleaned consist of uniform items as well as court clothing. A full listing of uniform items is contained in this quotation request, as well as a representative listing of typical court clothing items.

Proponents must provide a minimum of 15 retail outlets distributed within the boundaries of the City of Toronto. A detailed listing of all store/outlet locations including hours of operation of all stores must be included.

In addition, Proponents must also have a minimum of 10 retail outlets distributed throughout the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) A detailed listing of all store/outlet locations including hours of operation of all stores must be included.

Proponents are required to submit in Envelope One: one original copy signed by an authorized officer of the company and three (3) additional copies of their proposal (price excluded), which will include one digital/electronic PDF copy on a USB flash drive (PDF Readable).

In Envelope Two: one original copy signed by an authorized officer of the company, which will be sealed and will include all pricing costs.

A two-envelope RFP process will be utilized for this submission (envelopes to be provided by the proponent). Proposal submission in Envelope #1 will be sealed and contain a detailed description of the services offered, one USB stick (PDF Readable), including qualifications and related information only that is requested, with no reference to costs. Proposal submission in Envelope #2 will be sealed and will include a detailed cost for the services and any other related costs associated with this RFP.
