Description
TPS is accepting Bids for ADOBE SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE AND APPLICABLE SUPPORT for Toronto Police Service (TPS). Bidder Must be an authorized re-seller of Adobe products and software and Must provide documentation confirming that status.
Closing Time
Electronic submissions will be accepted until 1:00:00 p.m. on Monday August 10, 2020 as per electronic bid clock identified on MERX.
Submission Requirements
Your submission for this RFQ # 1398675 -20 must be sent to TPS using the MERX portal only. Respondents shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their submission using the MERX portal as per the electronic bid clock identified on MERX and the RFQ closing date, in accordance with the Submission Requirements outlined in the RFQ. Late submissions are not permitted. Any Bid submitted after the submission deadline will be rejected.
Scope of Work
TPS is issuing this RFQ 1398675-20 to authorized Adobe resellers/partners to provide annual Software maintenance with 24/7 support, for all products as specified in RFQ document. Vendor Must provide annual subscription and software maintenance 24/7 support beyond the initial purchase and must be co-terming all products on August 27th annually for the term of this RFQ contract for each calendar year as indicated in Table 1, Table 2 and Table 3 in accordance with the provisions and specifications contained in this Request for Quotation. Award will be based on the sum of all totals in TABLE 4.
Specifications
Bidders must complete the column indicated with Yes / No after each specification statement in Appendix A. Failure to do so will result in your submission being disqualified.
Contract Term
The term of this contract is for 1 (one) year period commencing upon award of the contract starting from Friday August 28, 2020 until August 27, 2021. TPS reserves the right to renew the contract for an additional two 1-year period. The renewal is contingent upon continued need, budget approval, acceptable performance, and TPS approval if applicable. Unless otherwise specified in pricing terms and conditions for this contract, pricing provided in this bid shall be firm for the 1st (2020), 2nd (2021) and 3rd (2022) years.

In addition to the mandatory APPENDIX A, APPENDIX B, APPENDIX C, and APPENDIX D forms, the following completed forms to be submitted:

SECTION 2 - Environmentally Responsible Procurement Form
SECTION 3 - Statutory Declaration Form
SECTION 4 - Key Personnel Form
SECTION 5 - Bidder's Experience in Similar Work Form
Non-Exclusivity
The creation of this RFQ shall not be a guarantee of exclusivity.
Piggyback
The TPS may, upon request, permit other Public Bodies to purchase against any Contract which may result from this RFQ. Bidders are requested to indicate on the Fee Summary form if they will extend the pricing, terms, and conditions of this Bid to other Public Bodies if the Bidder becomes the Vendor. The Vendor agrees to this provision, participating agencies may enter into a Contract with the Vendor for the purchase of the Services described herein based on the terms, conditions, prices, and percentages offered by the Vendor. Minor changes in terms and conditions, including shipping and delivery options, maybe negotiated by participating agencies. Please note: copies of the Vendor’s submission may need to be provided to the interested agency (in confidence) to review prior to participating.
