The Greater Toronto Airports Authority (GTAA) is a non share capital corporation without share capital. Among its responsibilities are the management, operation and maintenance of Toronto Pearson International Airport.
This is the first stage of a two-stage selection process for the procurement of Aircraft Gate Equipment (AGE) including eleven Passenger Boarding Bridges for the Terminal 1 Pier G Expansion.
The Pier G project consists of the 25,000m2 expansion of an existing ground loaded pier including the addition of eleven new passenger boarding bridges and associated aircraft gating equipment. Construction started in November 2019 with Phase 1 completion (6 gates) in Q1 2022 and Phase 2 completion (5 gates) in Q1 2023.
