A RFQ briefing and site meeting (the “Briefing”) shall be held on the date identified in the RFQ Schedule Overview as a live webinar. GTAA shall distribute a link to the webinar (including the scheduled time) through the GTAA Merx Portal sufficiently in advance of the Briefing.
It is recommended that Participants attend the Briefing. Participants planning on attending the Briefing should confirm their attendance by May 6, 2024 @ 5:00:00 PM Toronto, ON time to the Sourcing Representative and advise the number of attendees and each of their names, titles and organizations.
The Participant acknowledges and agrees that the Briefing is conducted in furtherance of the Purpose so as to allow: (i) GTAA to provide the Participants with information regarding the Program, Component Programs and the RFQ; and (ii) each Participant to familiarize itself with the Project and ascertain the full extent of the applicable Services required.
The Briefing is intended to be an information session only. Notwithstanding that GTAA may give oral answers to questions at the Briefing, Participants should submit all questions and clarifications in writing in accordance with the process set out in Section 3.5. All information provided or statements made in the course of the Briefing by GTAA, the Participants or their respective Representatives shall not be binding on GTAA and shall not form part of this RFQ unless formalized by GTAA in an Addendum. GTAA makes no representation or warranty (express or implied) as to the accuracy or completeness of any information provided or statements made during such Briefing.
GTAA is not obliged to ensure the equal dissemination of information provided (orally or otherwise) in the course of the Briefing or to confirm or refute any statement or representation made during the Briefing.
