The intent of this Public Tender is for the GTAA to engage General Contractors who are deemed experienced and capable of completing CORPORATE RECEPTION RENOVATION as described in the drawings and specifications.
Project Overview
The Corporate Reception Renovation shall consider the following but not limited to scope of work:
Interior scope of Work:
- Demolition of existing finishes, furnishings, doors, glass partitions etc.
- Modification to existing mechanical/life safety to accommodate proposed layout
- Modification to existing electrical to accommodate proposed layout
- Modifications to existing security elements
- Minor structural work to accommodate new Digital Banner, suspended wood slat ceiling, support for Revolving Door and Speed Gates
- Relocation of existing doors and S&I new c/w associated security and ADA features
- Installation of new fixtures (Speed Gates, Revolving Door), finishes, equipment, millwork (Reception Desk, Self-Serve Kiosks) and furniture
- IT works
Exterior scope of Work:
Exterior Building Work includes:
- Re-cladding of Front Canopy
- Installation of windscreen and supporting structure
All new elements must be fully coordinated with all existing services, systems, dimensions and features of the existing building.
**GTAA NOTICE**
As a part of ensuring that contractors perform their work in accordance with GTAA safety requirements, applicable legislation, and good industry practices, contractors are required to meet the GTAA established levels of safety competence and compliance by successfully completing the Application for Safety Pre-Qualification
