BAGGAGE – MANUAL ENCODE OPERATIONS
AT
TORONTO PEARSON INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

The GTAA requires a qualified and experienced contractor and resources to perform, but not limited to the following:
 

• Provide staff to operate Manual Encode positions located throughout the T1 BHS (baggage handling system)

• Portions of work area include areas populated by equipment run on fossil fuels, heavy vehicular traffic, and loud noise.
• Minority of time spent in office environment.
• Working in close proximity to conveyance systems.
• Operation may require 24-hour coverage to facilitate needs of Air carriers.
• Potential exposure to cold / hot temperatures, and elements.
