The Greater Toronto Airports Authority (GTAA) is a non-share capital corporation without shared capital. Among its responsibilities are the management, operation and maintenance of Toronto Pearson International Airport.
The intent of this EOI is for the GTAA to prequalify General Contractors who are deemed experienced and capable of completing the construction and fit-out work for the new AD&C office space as described in this EOI.
It should be noted that the office construction and fit-out work location/site is off Airport property and falls under the jurisdiction of the City of Mississauga for permitting. Therefore, Airport specific security policies, restrictions in work hours, and related constraints do not apply.
