NOTICE TO POTENTIAL PROPONENTS
Cleaning Supplies & Services
This Request for Proposals ("RFP") is an invitation to proponents to submit a proposal for the services and deliverables described in Section 3 related to Cleaning Supplies & Services for the Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre Inc. (“TPASC”) at 875 Morningside Avenue, Toronto, Ontario.
Deadlines and Important Dates
Please review the attached document and submit your proposal to the address noted below by the closing deadline of 4:00pm sharp on Wednesday February 1, 2023 (Toronto time).
Proposals will not be considered unless:
• Received by the date and time specified above; and
• Received at the e-address specified below.
Mandatory Site Visit
Proponents must attend a mandatory site visit on Tuesday January 24, 2023 at 10am sharp for an information meeting and facility tour (meet at south end of the building near red customer service counter). The tour is expected to take 2 hours.

Questions must be submitted in writing no later than Friday January 27, 2023 at 4pm sharp (Toronto time) to the attention of:

7.1.Proposed Documentation & Delivery
The documentation for each Proposal must meet the following requirements:
• Proposal to be emailed as a single pdf document. Submissions in any other format will not be accepted.
• Should be in 12-point font with unlimited appendices.
• Must be e-mailed no later than the Closing Deadline on Wednesday February 1, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. sharp (Toronto time) to the attention of Catherine Hughes at:
