TOH is seeking to establish rosters of Pre-Qualified Service Providers to provide independent construction and material inspection and testing services. The independent inspection and material testing services are required to support various construction projects, including but not limited to The Ottawa Hospital (TOH) New Campus Development (NCD) at Dows Lake, Ottawa, Ontario, in addition to other various construction and operations requirements of other hospitals located in the National Capital Region.
