The Purchaser intends to establish a new Agreement for the provision of maintenance and repair services for Dukane, SCP Connect and SpectraLink under the Nurse Call System across 3 campuses of The Ottawa Hospital, as listed in Appendix A – Specifications and Requirements.
The Purchaser intends to finalize a new Agreement for three (3) years with one (1) term of 2 years as an extension option pursuant this ACAN.
The intent is to finalize an Agreement with i3s Integration of Security Inc with an office at 260 St-Patrick Street, Suite 100, Ottawa, ON, K1N 5K5 for the noted purpose. The Purchaser believes that the Supplier is entitled to be awarded the Agreement as it is the only provider who is capable and experienced to service all three (3) aforementioned products under Nurse Call System at the level that is satisfactory to the Purchaser.
Suppliers who consider themselves fully qualified and available to provide services at a minimum equivalent or above level described herein, may submit a copy of Appendix B – Statement of Capabilities in writing to the contract authority (“Contract Authority”) identified herein prior to the Closing Deadline indicated herein.
