The Ottawa Hospital (TOH) is seeking quotations for the provision of IT Hardware, Equipment and Parts.
The intent is for TOH to maintain a standardized fleet of IT Hardware, Equipment and Parts.
The IT Hardware, Equipment and Parts listed in Schedule A are for IT Inventory used to deploy, replace or repair existing end-user IT equipment at TOH and represent TOH ongoing IT standards.
The IT Hardware, Equipment and Parts listed in Schedule B are for the provision of anticipated initial bulk purchases in support of TOH’s health information system implementation and reflect TOH ongoing IT standards. TOH estimated volumes are provided along with an anticipated delivery schedule. These initial purchases are anticipated to take place over a period of approximately 3 months from the date of contract signing.
The Ottawa Hospital (TOH) intends to enter into an agreement with the Preferred Proponent for the supply of IT Hardware, Equipment and Parts. The resulting contract will also be accessible to The Ottawa Hospital’s Affiliates and Atlas Alliance Partners. It is the expectation that the supplier will extend the same pricing, terms and conditions to The Ottawa Hospital’s Affiliates (The University of Ottawa Heart Institute, the Ottawa Hospital Academic Family Health Team, the Ottawa Hospital Research Institute and the Eastern Ontario Regional Laboratory Association) and its Alliance Partners (Hawkesbury and District General Hospital, Renfrew Victoria Hospital, and St. Francis Memorial Hospital). The executed agreement between TOH and the Preferred Proponent will not constitute an obligation on the part of Affiliates or Atlas Alliance Partners to engage the supplier. TOH Affiliates and Atlas Alliance Partners are subject to change over the course of the contract period.
