Description

This RFP is an invitation by the Purchasing Organization to prospective Proponents to submit Proposals for the provision of Hospital Information Systems (HIS) Performance Vendor Services (HPVS).

The Purchaser is seeking to procure a vendor to provide performance support as it relates to provision of Epic hardware services in a remote data center to improve end user software performance, system scalability, system availability in a downtime event, and significantly advance the cybersecurity defense and response. The successful outcome is contingent to securing an appropriate solution within the allotted funding envelope the Purchaser has been designated.
