Description

This RFP is an invitation by the Purchasing Organization on behalf of EORLA to prospective Proponents to submit Proposals for the provision of Goods and Services as per Appendix A subject to the terms of this RFP.

EORLA has the following objectives in issuing the RFP:

1. 1. To identify a supplier for the provision and delivery of a Digital Pathology software solution (viewer, image management software (IMS), image storage, and image analysis tools) as further detailed in this RFP;

1. 1. To identify a supplier for the provision and delivery of Digital Pathology Slide Scanners based on the volumes provided below and that is Health Canada approved and have a proven success record in the health care sector.

  2. Enhance patient safety, patient experience, and improve pathology diagnostic workflow as outlined below:

Your Proposal must be uploaded prior to the RFP Closing Deadline. We strongly recommend that you consider the number and size of file(s) to be uploaded when determining the amount of time dedicated to uploading your Proposal. It is suggested that at least THREE (3) hours before the RFP Closing Deadline you begin the uploading process and to finalize your Proposal. Notwithstanding this suggestion, the Proponent acknowledges that the Proponent is solely responsible for ensuring that it has sufficient time to upload its Proposal before the RFP Closing Deadline. The Bonfire Portal automatically rejects any late Proposal.
Proposals are to be submitted in English only, and any Proposal received by the Purchasing Organization that is not entirely in English may, in its sole discretion, be disqualified.
