RFP-05-2018 - Street Light Maintenance

Reporting to the Director of Development & Operations the successful contractor will be responsible for the  maintenance of approximately 745 street lights on an as needed basis.  Emergency callouts are expected to be authourized by the Director of Development and Operations and the contractor will be available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, 365 days per year for emergency work.  Finally, the Contractor will make recommendations to the Director of Development and Operations regarding the annual department budget allocations for operational and long term lighting projects.  The Contractor shall respond within 24 hours, by email or fax to all service requests, confirming receipt and providing estimated time of repair.
