A Respondent who has not registered with ECRI and obtained the RFP through ECRI may have its proposal disqualified.
Respondents will follow the instructions provided for in the RFP documents and the ECRI registration.
This Request for Proposals ("RFP") is an invitation to Respondents to submit proposals for Operating Room (OR) Integration project Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre (TBRHSC) 980 Oliver Road Thunder Bay, Ontario Canada.
This RFP process is conducted by Emergency Care Research Institute (ECRI) on behalf of Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre. All communication by Respondents during this RFP process shall be directed to Emergency Care Research Institute through the ECRI Institute Supply Chain Suite: Vendor Portal unless otherwise allowed for in the RFP documents.
The Deliverables are defined as the removal and disposal of existing OR Integration system(s) and supply, delivery, installation, warranty, training and maintenance of a new Operating Room (OR) Integration system in the following three (3) operating rooms at Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre 980 Oliver Road Thunder Bay, Ontario Canada:
- Operating Room Number 7
- Operating Room Number 3
- Operating Room Number 15
The above three (3) Operating Rooms current utilize and have installed the Operating Room (OR) Integration System manufactured by Linvatec.
