Mandatory Bidders Briefing .1 General Contractors are required to attend a mandatory bidders briefing at the Project site on June 16, 2022, 3:00 P.M.(EDT), at 980 Oliver Road, Thunder Bay, Ontario. .2 Meet at security desk, just past the COVID screening booths. .3 Representatives of Owner and Consultant will be in attendance.

INTENT
1. Intent of this Bid Call is to obtain an offer to perform work for the construction of a Dishwasher Replacement Project at Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre in Thunder Bay, Ontario for a Stipulated Price Contract, in accordance with Contract Documents.
2. Project Overview: The Project includes, but is not limited to the set up of a temporary dish washing area, replacement of an existing dishwasher, retrofit of an existing conveyor, upgrades to flooring, drainage, finishes and HVAC, with new electrical to suit.
