Description

SUEZ is looking for a contractor to Work on the water well, the work involves rigging over the water well, then pulling the pump and inspecting all of the pulled equipment for reliability. Then, scrub the casing and Jet to develop a proper flow for the well. If any equipment is in critical condition or in a state which is need of repair or replacement SHTC should be informed and provided with a cost estimate to solve the problem and complete the workover.
In addition, the contractor will work on the new supplementary well to be added onto the existing permit and to be located close to the existing well. This new well will need to connect to the same aquifer and will go to the same depth (contingent on design requirements). The new well will need to have the same precautionary measure as was taken for well 89-3 but also compliant with Alberta’s water well regulations. Along with connecting the new well and piping system the contractor will ensure all systems are weather proof and insulated. Rated for -50 C and up to 45 C. The contractor will be responsible for connecting the new well to existing infrastructure at SHTC, as well as, testing, providing start up and shutdown procedure and passing off the well to operations.

Additional Bidding Instructions

SUEZ is looking to evaluate the proposals based on the following criteria
Criterion 1: Proponent shall submit a work schedule outlining the specific phases including but without limitation on the following:
Mobilization, Well workover, New well, tie-ins, commissioning, demobilization.
Criterion 2: Appendix 1 supplier information, proponent are to provide a separate document detailing answers to the questions listed therein.
Criterion 3: Proponent shall submit the Form of Pricing provided in Appendix 5.
Criterion 4: Proponents shall fill the provided Appendix 2 Safety Program.
Criterion 5: Proponents shall submit at least 2 references.
Failure to meet any of the evaluation criteria specified may result in rejection of the proposal.
