SUEZ is looking for a contractor to undertakes a Surface water and Sediment Program in August/September of each year at the Swan Hills Treatment Centre (SHTC) in accordance with Section 4.10 of Operating Approval 1744 (The Approval) for the period of 2021 to early 2026, with the last report deliverable due in March of 2026

Additional Bidding Instructions

SUEZ is looking to evaluate the proposals based on the following criteria
Criterion 1: Proponent shall acknowledge the conformance to the provided schedule
Criterion 2: Appendix 1 supplier information, proponent are to provide a separate document detailing answers to the questions listed therein.
Criterion 3: Proponent shall submit the Form of Pricing provided in Appendix 5.
Criterion 4: Proponents shall fill the provided Appendix 2 Safety Program.
Criterion 5: Proponents shall submit at least 2 references.
Criterion 6: Provide an example of report similar to the deliverable from this RFP
