SUEZ is looking for a contractor for the sealing and isolation the mechanic’s shop bay from the rest of the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Building to ensure effective control and prevent undesired fumes to transgress through holes and patches. The selected contractor will have determine and find all and any potential sources of leakages and give a sealing proposal as per the scope of work

and with existing conditions, and with an idea of the conditions which will be occurring
simultaneously at the time of the work. SUEZ Canada Waste Services Inc.’s
representative(s) will be present.

Additional Bidding Instructions

SUEZ is looking to evaluate the proposals based on the following criteria
Criterion 1: Proponent shall submit a work schedule outlining the specific phases including but without limitation on the following:
.1 Investigation and identification of leak sources
.2 Removal and installation of new pass trough window.
.3 Patching of Holes and Sealing
.4 Testing
.5 Paint interior of Mechanics Bay
Criterion 2: Appendix 1 supplier information, proponent are to provide a separate document detailing answers to the questions listed therein.
Criterion 3: Proponent shall submit the Form of Pricing provided in Appendix 5.
Criterion 4: Proponents shall fill the provided Appendix 2 Safety Program.
Criterion 5: Proponents shall submit at least 2 references.
Criterion 6: Proponents shall show ACH50 experience.
