Description

SUEZ is looking to service all three ZR6 air compressors and dryers and standby diesel compressor
and dryers for the next five years. The service includes two services visits per year. Ecah service visit
will provide a detailed inspection report, equipment deficiencies and estimated repair cost. As a
contigency plan provide a class five estimate of overhaulling a ZR6 compressor.

12.2. Meeting will be done virtually, Attendance must be confirmed to Daniel Caron the day before
by email to receive the “Microsoft Teams” invite.
12.3. Purpose is to provide Proponents an opportunity to familiarize themselves with the Work
and with existing conditions, and with an idea of the conditions which will be occurring
simultaneously at the time of the work. SUEZ Canada Waste Services Inc.’s
representative(s) will be present.

Additional Bidding Instructions

SUEZ is looking to evaluate the proposals based on the following criteria
Criterion 1: Proponent shall submit a work schedule outlining two service visits per year to
cover the three ZR6 compressor along with dryers and standby diesel compressor with dryers.
Each visit will follow detailed inspection report, equipment deficiency and estimated repair cost.
Criterion 2: Appendix 1 supplier information, proponent are to provide a separate document
detailing answers to the questions listed therein.
Criterion 3: Proponent shall submit the Cost breakdown provided in Appendix 5.
Criterion 4: Proponents shall fill the provided Appendix 2 Safety Stats.
Criterion 5: Proponents shall submit at least 2 references.
Criterion 6: Proponents shall submit sample inspection report, a sample deffciency list and an
example of quote for estimated repair cost.
Criterion 7: Proponents shall submit the duration of each service visit which includes through
inspection of three ZR6 compressors, dryers and motors and one standby diesel compressor
and two dryers.
Failure to meet any of the evaluation criteria specified may result in rejection of the proposal.
