The project: consists of:
               

1. Fitness Renovation and New Addition Area: 65,838 sq.ft.

1. New East Gym and High Performance Space Addition on the East Side of Ivor Wynne Centre: 14,284 sq. ft.
2. West of DBAC, 3 storeys high New Fitness Addition: 15,048 sq. ft.
3. Major Renovation to the Existing PULSE Centre at DBAC: 36,506 sq. ft.

1. New 4 storeys high Student Activity Building Addition to West of DBAC: 41,145 sq. ft. 

• Fitness Addition and Renovation has New Entry / Reception Space, assessment offices, Lounge space, Climbing and Bouldering Wall, Heavy Weight, Functional Movement, Circuit and Resistance, Cardio and variety of Studios and all amenities. It also has a New East Gym with Indoor Synthetic Turf. 

• New Student Activity Building has  Entry / Reception Space, Atrium Event / Social Space with bleacher seating, open mezzanine with Atrium Balcony, Student Lounge and Napping Spaces, Grocer Market Store, Multi-Faith Prayer Rooms, Community Kitchen, Food Collective Spaces, Storage spaces, Back of House Shipping / Receiving Space, Peer Counselling, Multi-Purpose Room for 500 capacity and Offices.
