Reefer Racking System Upgrade – Port of St. John’s, NL
The St. John’s Port Authority is currently seeking proposals from qualified engineering firms, licensed to practise in Newfoundland and Labrador, to act as the prime consultant in carrying out design, contract administration and resident inspection services for the Reefer Racking System Upgrade project at the Main Terminal No. 1.
A Request for Proposal (RFP) document, detailing project parameters and pertinent terms of refence information can be obtained online through MERX, or by e-mail only through this e-mail address (lguy@sjpa-apsj.com) upon payment of a $50.00 (HST included) non-refundable fee. Proposals must be delivered to the Port Authority Office, located at 1 Water Street prior to the specified deadline. E-mailed bids will not be accepted. Proponents are advised that only those consultants who have obtained the RFP documents through the noted e-mail address and/or MERX will be eligible to bid on this project.
To be eligible for consideration, Proponents must deliver three copies of their technical proposal, accompanied by one copy of their financial proposal in a separate envelope, to the SJPA by 1500 hours, local time, March 22nd, 2023.
The St. John’s Port Authority does not bind itself to accept the lowest, or any, tender.
