The Purchaser desires to enter into a master lease with a qualified Proponent for the exclusive use of a building or building(s) of fully furnished residential units (a “Facility”) which will be used by the Purchaser to provide housing for its growing student population. The Facility must be located within the Downtown Windsor, Ontario core. The Proponent must offer an existing facility which meets all the requirements specified in this RFP.
