Description

Through the issuance of this RFP, the Purchaser is seeking Proposals to qualify up to a maximum of three (3) experienced and qualified firms to provide architect services for various projects for the following locations: Main Campus in South Windsor, Chatham Campus in Chatham, and/or Downtown Windsor Campus in Windsor, Ontario. On an as-required and when-required basis, the Purchaser will secure the assistance of the qualified Proponents to provide architect services. Details are provided herein.

The Preferred Proponent(s) shall be required to enter into the agreement (“Agreement”) attached as Appendix A “OAA – Ontario Association of Architects Agreement Sample” with Appendix B “Supplementary Conditions of the OAA Agreement” upon each specific awarded project within this RFP (see Schedule B: Specifications and Scope of Work for a listing of projects).

The term of the Agreement is intended to be for a period of two (2) years from December 2022 to December 2024.
