RFP#2023-019 - RFP#2023-019 Student Payment Plan Software

The Purchaser is seeking Proposals from qualified and experienced companies to provide an electronic platform software solution for Domestic and International Student Payment Plans that will integrate with the Purchaser’s ERP system: Peoplesoft Student Information System (SIS). This will assist the St. Clair College Registrar Office with tracking and managing student payment plans. It will also assist students with making payments on a scheduled basis through one platform and give them the ability to view their current/historical payment statuses.

The term of the Agreement is intended to be for a period of three (3) years, plus an optional two (2) one (1) year extensions. This Agreement term is the length approved by the Ministry of Government and Consumer Services (MGCS) at this time due to its Interim Measures directive.

However, due to the resources required to permit student information system (SIS) integration, the Purchaser will likely continue with subsequent extensions beyond the initial two (2), one (1) year options as noted as long as the MGCS approves, and the Purchaser continues to have a need for the Preferred Proponent’s system.
