The Purchaser is seeking Proposals from qualified and experienced Proponents to provide program feasibility consulting services to support the development of new academic programs at St. Clair College. The Proponent shall provide a comprehensive analysis to identify programs that exhibit success as measured by a market analysis, to identify new programs where employers are hiring graduates, and to identify new programs that potential students are willing to pursue specifically within the area of Windsor, Ontario and Chatham, Ontario.
