Description

The Work involves the retrofit of the existing steam boiler system in the Power
Engineering Lab to utilize the steam produced to heat the entire FCEM building, to
provide condensate and chemical recovery and to provide a training chiller. There will be
heat exchangers, new chiller, pumps and air cooled condensing units installed as outlined
in Description of Work Section 01 11 13, and in the specifications and drawings.
