Description

The Purchaser is seeking Proposals from qualified and experienced Proponents to provide the implementation, integration, and support of an Emergency Mass Communication System in accordance with the specifications outlined. The Emergency Mass Communication System will enable the Purchaser to deliver emergency alerts and notifications through various mediums, including telephone, Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), email, and Short Message Service (SMS). It will also allow for the College community to inform the Purchaser’s security of emergency concerns and/or security concerns within their surroundings.
