RFP#2022-023 - Disability Claims Management Services

The College is seeking proposals from organizations to provide Post-Secondary Sick and Disability accommodations (Non-Occupational), Short Term Disability Claims Management, Mental Health Counselling and Return to Work Services for Staff members of The St. Clair College of Applied Arts and Technology. The Proponent must also be able to provide consultation and/or claims management from time to time on attendance, WSIB (including appeals) and accommodations not related to sick leaves at the College’s request.  In addition, the ability to offer a solution to the Purchaser as it pertains to the recording and tracking of Occupational and Non-Occupational illness/injury that will be managed by the Purchaser would be an asset.  This could include the use of software and customization to the Purchasers internal requirements.
