RFP#2020-005 - Disability Claims Management Services

The College is seeking proposals from organizations to provide Short Term Disability Claims Management and Return to Work Services for St. Clair College. In this proposal the Proponent must provide detailed information about how these services will be carried out by the Proponent from claim submission to claim close-out.   The Proponent must also detail how it would handle consultations from time to time on attendance, WSIB and an accommodations not related to sick leaves.  This may include WSIB appeals from time to time.  Lastly, the ability to offer a solution to the Purchaser as it pertains to the recording and tracking of Occupational illness/injury that will be managed by the Purchaser would be an asset.  This could include the use of software and customization to the Purchasers internal requirements.
