RFP#2018-025 - Construction Management Contract- St. Clair College Academic Tower

A qualified and experienced company shall provide the construction management services for
construction of an “academic tower” for the St. Clair College of Applied Arts and Technology.
The academic tower shall include the following:
- Construction of approximately 56,000 square feet of flexible education learning facilities
in four levels, plus a penthouse level, overlaying the existing one level student centre
space (S Block phase 1).
- All structural work that interferes with occupancy under the tower must be completed
during the May to August, 2018 timeframe with very clear provisions for what existing
services need to close and for what period of time.
- The tower must be partially or completely approved for occupancy by June 1, 2019.
- Final deadline for full occupancy by July 31, 2019.

A mandatory site visit is scheduled for Monday, March 12, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. All bidders
are requested to meet at the main entrance lobby of St. Clair College – South Campus,
Windsor, Ontario.
