The Consultant shall submit electronic copies of their proposal and all attachments/appendices via electronic mail. This proposal is a "Two Envelope" system, to be titled as the "Technical Section" and "Cost Section". All information related to cost is to be contained in the "Cost Section" only. The “Cost Section” shall be provided in a separate password protected electronic mail. Failure to password protect the “Cost Section” will result in disqualification from the RFP process. The First Nation Project Coordinator or Tribal Council will request the password via email once the Cost Section is ready to be opened.
The consultant must also submit two physical copies of the Proposal ( “Technical Section” and “Cost Section”) which must be dropped off at a courier not later than 4:00 P.M. EST, on December 11, 2024 and received at the First Nation office within 3 business days. This proposal is a "Two Envelope" system, to be titled as the "Technical Section" and "Cost Section". Digital copy of the technical proposal and one (1) sealed envelope containing the fees proposal must be delivered to the following addresses before 1600 EST on December 11, 2024.
