Description

The North building demolition consists of approximately 24,050 gross sq ft and is a two storey building.
The existing building abatement will include but not limited to elements such as walls, ceilings, flooring, and insulated mechanical fittings. A one storey portion of the exisiting building to the north will remain, which currently supports teh EarlyON Centre. Following abatement, demolition of theis existing building will allow for the construciton of a new student residence. A Hazardous Material Survey has been completed by T. Harris Environmental Management, dated April 11th 2023, which will be provided to the select prequalified Abatement Contractors.
