Description

Espanola General Hospital, Espanola Nursing Home, operating as Espanola Regional Hospital and
Health Centre (the “Hospital”) invites proposals from accredited pharmacists licensed by the Ontario
College of Pharmacists to act as its pharmacist provider (the “Provider”) in the delivery of
pharmaceutical services for our Residents in Long Term Care, including Nursing
Home/ELDCAP/Chronic residents (61 in total). It is the desire of the Hospital to enter into a three-
year agreement with the successful proponent.
