Description of Procurement:
This Request for Proposals (RFP) is an invitation by the Toronto Police Service (TPS) to prospective and qualified proponents to submit proposals for the non-exclusive supply and delivery of High Definition Television Signal, Programming and Maintenance Services for various locations of TPS, as further described in section 5 of this RFP.
Interested proponents will provide technical and pricing proposals as per sections 1.2 and 7. For information on intention of award, refer to section 2.13.

Delivery Schedule for Goods or Services OR Contract Duration:
The term of the contract(s) for the provision of services shall commence upon award for a base term of five (5) years firm. Note that the term shall cover both the time required for all means, methods, and/or equipment to be installed and operational by October 1, 2025, i.e. rewiring, remediation work, infrastructure upgrade, etc.), and for delivered programming and maintenance thereafter.
Notwithstanding the above noted, the TPS retains the right to terminate any contract without notice for cause.
Piggyback (if applicable):
The TPSB/TPS may, upon request, permit other public bodies and the Police Cooperative Purchasing Group (PCPG) to purchase against any part of the contract which may result from this RFP. Proponents are requested to indicate on the Pricing Submission form if they will extend the pricing, terms and conditions of this proposal to other government agencies including PCPG, if the proponent becomes the successful services provider. If the successful proponent agrees to this provision, participating agencies may enter into a contract with the successful proponent for the purchase of services described herein based on the terms, conditions, prices, and percentages offered by the proponent. Minor changes in terms and conditions may be negotiated by participating agencies.
