Hôpital Montfort uses an electronic submission portal.
To be considered in the RFQ process, a Respondent’s Quotation must be received by the RFQ Submission Deadline, as set out in Section 1.4 (RFQ Timetable),
All Quotations submitted by the Submission Deadline shall become the property of Hôpital Montfort and will not be returned to the Respondents. Quotations cannot be submitted after the RFQ Submission Deadline. Each Respondent is responsible for ensuring its Quotation is submitted prior to the RFQ closing date and time.
To submit Proposals, all Proponents must upload Electronic Proposals and Documents to:

Quotations transmitted by any other means shall not be considered. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in any applicable statute relating to electronic documents transactions, including the Electronic Commerce Act, 2000, S.O. 2000, c. 17, any notice, statement, or other instrument provided in respect of the RFQ may not be validly delivered by way of electronic communication, unless otherwise provided for in this RFQ.
