Description

Introduction:
PMG Technologies is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Transport Canada Motor Vehicle Test Center (MVTC) located in Blainville, Québec. PMG Technologies is planning the following purchase for Transport Canada.

Required equipment:
An articulated adult target approved by Euro NCAP. This target must:
• Represent a 50th percentile adult male,
• Be lightweight to be easily transportable,
• Be modular and allow the replacement of damaged parts,
• Be compatible with our propulsion systems (ABD Launchpad80, Launchpad50, SPTs),
• Have a realistic radar and lidar response,
• Have the EuroNCAP pedestrian colors (black torso and blue legs) when the heating system is in operation,
• Have movable arms, legs and head,
• The heating system must allow the face, arms, hands, torso and legs of the target to be heated,
• The heating system must be internal to the articulated target.
