Description

Introduction:
This call for tenders covers the design and acquisition of a servo-controlled hydraulic system for its Vehicle Test Structure (VTS) at the Transport Canada Motor Vehicle Test Center (MVTC) in Blainville. PMG Technologies oversees the complete management of the MVTC located in Blainville, Québec.
Services required:
The project consists of:

Design, manufacture and commissioning of a remote servo-controlled hydraulic system consisting of:
- Three (3) separate 10 gpm to 3000 psi hydraulic units.
- One (1) dedicated digital controller for each unit.
- One (1) remote user interface in the control room, with control software for configuration, adjustment, troubleshooting, programming, control and acquisition of all hydraulic system functions and sensors (force, displacement, pressure and switches).
