FOR A VENDOR OF RECORD (“VOR”) OF QUALIFIED GENERAL CONTRACTORS AND SPECIALIZED SUB - TRADES
This Request for Supplier Qualifications is issued by the St. Joseph’s Care as a Refresh to the Vendor of Record (VOR) of Qualified General Contractors and Specialized Sub - Trades as further described in the RFSQ document.
Respondents can respond to any combination of VOR Category identified in the RFSQ including General Contractor, Electrical, Mechanical, Structural, Hazardous Materials Removal / Abatement Painting, Flooring Installation & Repair and Life & Fire Safety Systems sub – trades.
Respondents that wish to partiipate in the Request for Supplier Qualification (RFSQ) process are required to submit an email request identifying their interest in participating in the process and complete the qualification / registration process (including a non disclosure agreement) to:
