Project:

Intent of this bid call is to obtain an offer to perform Work to install a split air-conditioning system for AHU-1 & AHU-15 located at the Bethammi Nursing Home for a Stipulated Price contract, in accordance with Contract Documents.

A one- time mandatory site visit/site examination has been arranged for Bidders as follows: Bethammi Nursing Home, 63 Carrie St. Thunder Bay, ON, on Friday April 8th, 2021 @ 11:00am EST. Contractors are to sign-in with the Consultant at the Main Lobby. Rapid Covid-19 testing will is required to be performed by the Oak Medical Arts clinic prior to commencing site visit. Contractor is responsible for scheduling their test. Contractors shall also be fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
