Description

Duress Alarm /RTLS will support 7/24 program operations, including two inpatient units (i.e., Sherbourne’s Acute Respite Care (ARC) – 14 bed respite care bed unit and St. Michael’s Hospital’s Withdrawal Management Service program – 36 bed inpatient unit – 40 staff complement). The system will provides coverage to the basement and floors 1 to 8 (5/6th currently under construction; and 7/8th are mechanical penthouse). Floors 1 to 6 are the program service areas where staff and volunteers are located. Duress alarm/RTLS must support 210 to 300 users.
