This project involves the consolidation of two rooms (A3085 & A3087). Room A3085 is currently used as geotechnical/civil engineering lab where various materials testing is performed. The room contains two fume hoods connected to dedicated exhaust fan located on the roof. The exhaust is used to extract particulate matter and odurs during lab sessions. Room A3087 is adjacent to A3085 and connected with a single door, the room is used for lectures that are generally scheduled prior to a lab session. Refer to construction drawings and specifications for the scope of work.
